 • 1: Add 1/3 cup of apple cider or white vinegar to the pickling pouch • 2: Add vegetables such as cucumbers, cauliflower, carrots, or green beans to the pouch. • 3: Pour enough water into the pouch to cover the vegetables, press and seal the pouch • 4: Refrigerate and shake the pickling pouch everyday for 3 days
